The Club Development Conference will empower community clubs to strategically plan to increase capacity and participation growth, through education, resources, and transfer of knowledge.

- Volunteers: Retain and Engage - Catriona Rose, Senior Program Manager, Sports Program, Australian Sports Commission
- Club Changer - Grace Lambourne, National Program Manager - Club Development, Football Australia
- Infrastructure and Grants - Daniel Ristic, Manager - Government Relations, Funding and Infrastructure, Football NSW
- Marketing, Communication and Data Analysis - Nicholas Carroll, Head of Marketing and Communications, Football NSW
- Player and Spectator Behaviour: Supporting Referees - Emma Kocbek, Referees Development and Education Manager, Football NSW
- Women and Girls Participation - Helen Armson, Legacy Plan Manager, Football NSW
- Diversity and Inclusion - Annabel Meadley, Diversity and Inclusion Coordinator, Football NSW
Association staff, Club Presidents, Secretaries and Committee members are all encouraged to attend.
Club Changer clubs who have completed their 1-star or 2-star accreditation before December 9 will receive a free ticket to the conference.
