Tida is a certified Level 2 Forrest Yoga teacher who trained directly with Ana Forrest and completed her mentorship with Forrest Yoga Guardian Shin Hee McCabe. Forrest Yoga is a foundational pillar in her life, transforming both her personal practice and her teaching.
Known for her intuitive and deeply supportive hands-on assists, Tida brings a grounded, healing presence to the mat.
In this immersion, Tida will:
Assist Ilias with physical and energetic adjustments
Offer a deeply restorative Sound Bath during an extended savasana, using her instruments to support integration and relaxation.
