About this event

Have you ever left a project workshop wondering what it was about and what was achieved?

Many of the problems with workshops start with their design.

Refresh your skills or take your first steps towards designing effective project workshops with the 4 Ws of Workshop Design mini masterclass.

You will:

✔ Unpack why workshop design is important.

✔ Identify what we get wrong.

✔ Learn the four W’s of facilitation that can fix this.

✔ Leave with facilitation tips and tricks to try immediately.
