Mindfulness Art @ Berala Community Centre

Come join Cumberland City Council and Bernardo Australia for a rejuvenating school holiday mindfulness program where creativity and relaxation blend harmoniously. This is a family program designed to embark on a journey of self-discovery through a variety of craft activities designed to enhance their mindfulness skills. This program is one of six mindfulness programs and will focus on thoughts, emotion and Behaviour through sculpting.
