We are excited to offer a new experience to our community.

Every Sunday in June. 8am-9am
Location: The old Malt Shovel Taphouse building (across from The Drop Cafe near the Aldi end of the shopping centre)

Come join us for a morning Qi Gong session, followed by a free organic tea.

Bel will be guiding you through gentle yet powerful movements of Qi Gong that will help you to relax, destress, and find your inner balance.

No fitness or prior experience required – just bring yourself and an open mind!
