About this event

  • Event lasts 2 hours

An opportunity for you to take some well deserved time out to connect back with yourself, release and relax and connect with other like minded women.

Our lives can be full with so many to do's and sometimes it feels like the list is never ending, always being on the go and not stopping to take time out to rest and just be. Our session is focused on doing just that. Taking time out of the hustle and bustle, choosing to have some space for yourself, releasing what you're holding onto and leaning into some relaxation.

What to expect;

Our South Coast Soulful Sessions facilitator Renee Eagan will greet you at on the Eucalypt lawn for this beautiful bush setting session (see details below).

We will begin the session with a grounding meditation to settle into our space. We will then be connecting with each other in a supportive and non judgmental space allowing you to release and let go through journalling and sharing.

Then take a moment to pause, breathe, and be immersed in a state of deep relaxation as you experience a recorded hypnosis session by Ella Worsley (The Enlighten Co's Co-Founder). This hypnotic journey will leave you feeling super relaxed and rejuvenated, ready to ease your way into the start of another week.

Information about the organisers:

The Enlighten Co. was founded in 2019 when Ella Worsley and Elle Louise McBride came together in their passions and pathways, recognising the need to create a space for like-minded humans.

The intention is to share inspiration, offer support, create conscious connection, and a safe place to be seen, heard, and unconditionally loved, with the core values of the business and the higher goal to re-empower individuals around the globe to know that they already know this is done through Retreats, events, 2:1 coaching, mentorships, online programs and much more.

This community isn’t for enlightened souls, or the ones who’ve figured it out, but for those who are ready and willing to set fire to their lives and start living as they matter. Those who are prepared to recognise that their voice matters and that together, we rise. It’s for those who are craving.
