About this event

Freestyle Aerobics is a light, energetic, medium-paced class that aims to get the heart pumping and energy flowing!

Medium-impact aerobics moves are combined over the course of the class to form an aerobic routine that the whole class learns together - no aerobics or dance experience necessary!

Low impact strength exercises help sculpt and tone the body, rounding out this whole-body workout.

With great music and energetic moves, you'll love the way the group comes together in this class!

Located upstairs at Tiwu Kumangka, in the Blackwood Community Centre.
