Our sessions weave live music with sacred yoga chants, creating a relaxed and uplifting atmosphere where you can easily experience spiritual connection.
Often called “meditation of the heart,” Kirtan is the practice of singing and hearing mantras in a group setting—an interactive and beautifully immersive experience.
