Join us for a relaxed and fun evening at our Friend-Making Social, specially designed for those living in St Kilda, South Melbourne, Prahran, South Yarra, Elwood, Albert Park, Port Melbourne, Malvern, Brighton, and Caulfield! This event is a fantastic opportunity to meet like-minded people nearby, swap local tips, and share stories of your Melbourne adventures. Don’t worry if you’re from other parts of the city—everyone is welcome! This social just focuses on creating connections for those based south of the CBD. Come along, and let’s make some new friends together!"
We know that is can seem daunting to come to an event alone and we make it as easy as you can to give you the confidence to come.
What to expect:
⭐️ An Instagram group chat will be created 48hrs prior to the events for pre and post event Friendmaking! You can use this groupchat to meet up before hand or after the event to re-connect with girls and make your own plans!
⭐️ When you arrive you’ll have one of our lovely volunteers and friendly faces running you through the night and introducing you to other girls.
⭐️ You’ll receive a drink on arrival ( Cocktail Jar or soft drink ) to settle the nerves and a name tag (because you’ve got to be very talented to remember so many names 😉)
⭐️ An Icebreaker Game at 7pm which will 100% get you chatting to EVERYONE in the room. If you struggle to make connections, this game will help you come out of your comfort zone and get chatting to girls you haven’t yet spoken to that evening!
⭐️ AND a VIP area reserved just for us girls so you feel super comfortable knowing that everyone attending is looking to make friendships ❤️

What to expect? A drink on arrival and lots of girls on Working Holidays 😍 We also have a private area reserved for Melbourne Working Holiday Girls.
How many girls will be attending? We are capping tickets at 30 girls - lots of new friends!
T&C’s:
- Arrive between 6-7pm for your drink on arrival
- No refunds however you can sell or transfer your ticket to someone else
- Photos will be taken at the event for promotion purposes. If you would not like to be in the pictures, please let one of the volunteers know on the evening.
