Frequently asked questions
You’re in the right place! This workshop is completely beginner-friendly. It’s all about having fun, learning some simple steps, and feeling good in a supportive environment. No judgment, just good vibes and great music! ?
Absolutely! The majority of people come alone and honestly, you get more out of the experience coming solo as you are pushed outside of your comfort zone.
There's no age range for this event - as long as you're down for some dance, you're welcome to join! Generally we have an average age range of 18-35.
We know how daunting it can be to put yourself out there, however, the last thing to worry about is awkwardness! We planned this event assuming everyone coming would be awkward and mute (though that certainly won’t be the case). There will be conversation starters and social games throughout.
Unfortunately, this event is for women only :(
