This event is designed for those looking to ground themselves, forge new connections, and create a unique clay mug.
Step away from the hustle and bustle of daily life and immerse yourself in a serene and creative experience. Sit at our cosy communal table, where soft candlelight and soothing tunes set the stage for enjoyable conversations.
We’ll begin by grounding ourselves with a meditation and ceremonial cacao elixir, aligning with the Full Moon’s energy. We’ll clear our space with sage and move into crafting our clay treasures by hand, embracing the creativity and focus this time invites. There will be plenty of time for fun and social connctions throughout!

Craft Your Own Cacao Mug:
You’ll be guided through crafting your handmade cacao mug, exploring hand-building techniques to create a piece designed to cradle your cacao with intention. Feel the clay beneath your fingers as you shape and personalise your mug, disconnecting from daily stresses and immersing yourself in the creative process.

Meet Your Hosts:
Meet Toni-Marie, founder of Grounded Cup and your dedicated Cacao Maven. With a deep appreciation for the art and history of Peruvian ceremonial cacao, Toni blends ancient traditions with a modern touch. Her passion for cacao extends beyond its sacred origins, as she fosters a welcoming space for connection and community. Join Toni-Marie in this gathering where she encourages us to step out of our comfort zones, make new friends, and embrace meaningful connections through each mindful sip of cacao.
Our meditation will be led by Azriel Ferro, founder of Half Moon Temple. With over 17 years of experience, including training in India and Melbourne, Azriel brings a warm, heart-centered approach to mindfulness and meditation. Her teachings blend mindfulness with restorative practices, creating a calming and nurturing space for inner reflection.
