MEET OUR GUESTS
Kylie is the Co-Founder and Partner at Flying Fox Ventures, an early-stage venture capital firm supporting Australian and New Zealand founders with global ambitions and boasting a portfolio of over 60 startups. In 2025, Kylie joined UNSW Founders as their Investor-in-Residence, where she leverages her extensive expertise to support startups in fundraising and global expansion. Kylie holds a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) and a Bachelor of Arts (International Studies), along with postgraduate qualifications in Change Management from the Australian Graduate School of Management.
A commercially minded leader with over a decade of experience at Westpac, specializing in Product, Transformation, and Finance, and lately - one of the drivers behind Westpac Business Lending initiative , a set of new measures to help small businesses to get started or to grow with business loans for businesses looking to start-up or scale-up. Prior to her tenure at Westpac, Monique spent seven years at Commonwealth Bank and gained experience in the property industry with Multiplex and Westfield. Monique holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) from the University of Wollongong and has been a successful small business part-owner of two businesses, including an Anytime Fitness gym. She is also a proud mother.
Anastasia is the Co-Founder, COO and CPO of Preview Health, pioneers of AI-powered “molecular fingerprints” for precision medicine, bringing new hope for better clinical trial success for currently incurable diseases. Preview Health is an alumnus of the Health 10x Accelerator program. Anastasia has a background in MedTech service delivery, psychology, research, and public health, she previously led customer conversion programs at Cochlear. Anastasia holds degrees in commerce, psychology, and public health and is passionate about improving diagnostic accuracy and patient outcomes.

🌱 Westpac Accelerator Scholarships
In March 2023, Westpac Business Lending announced new measures to help small businesses to get started or to grow with business loans for businesses looking to start-up or scale-up. These measures also help support Westpac's $500 million commitment to back more women in business and comes as research from the bank reveals accessing finance is one of many challenges faced by female business owners*
Westpac is proud to fund three equity scholarships valued at $20,000 each to offer financial support to women and non-binary founders who are successful in joining UNSW Founders 10x Accelerator programs with their high-potential startup.
The Westpac Accelerator Scholarships are designed to help women and non-binary founders balance work and personal commitments while undertaking the 10-week Accelerator program
