Join us on one of Ganymede Truffle Hunts & 2025 Seasonal Degustation Lunch.

$195pp truffle hunt and 4 course set menu with optional matched wine experience featuring award winning Southern Highlands wines.

Where is the hunt?

The location, some handy directions and time will be send to you once you have purchased your ticket(s). The farm is approximately 2 hours from Sydney and 1.5 hours from Canberra.

What can I expect?

A fun filled day full of all thing’s truffles, farming and dogs plus some delicious gourmet food and wines!

The day will begin with an introduction to the farm and the main star, Zazu. We will then embark on our hunt where everyone will have a chance to ask questions, watch how we hunt the elusive black truffle and smell a freshly unearthed truffle.

Following the hunt we will all retire to the old farm house ruins (from the 1800's) for a 4 course set menu with optional matched wine featuring some of the best local wines and a truffle grading lesson.

Whats on the menu?

Here is an example. Please note menu may change.

House marinated and locally sourced olives served with organic sourdough and Olio di Francesco EVOO.

Grazing Board – Ganymede Truffle small goods crafted in collaboration with artisan charcuterie and cheese makers served with sourdough.

Farmhouse Seasonal Soup with shaved Black Perigord Truffle

Lasagna – Layers of fresh pasta with pumpkin, truffle béchamel & finished with shaved Black Perigord Truffle*

Pannacotta – Truffle infused Pannacotta finished with our Ganymede Truffle Honey.

What should I bring?

The hunts are done outside and it can be very cold in winter so we recommend wearing layers ideally with some wind and rain protection. Enclosed shoes that you’re comfortable walking through a shallow foot bath and paddock in should be worn.

Note both the hunt and lunch are outside. We will have a number of fires going after the hunt to warm you up before lunch!

Can I bring my dog?

As much as we love all dogs, no.

What if I have dietary requirements?

No problems, please email info@ganymedetruffles.com.au. We require a minimum 72 hours.

Important notice regarding food allergies , while Ganymede Truffles will endeavour to accommodate requests for special meals for customers who have food allergies or intolerances, we cannot guarantee completely allergy-free meals. This is due to the potential of trace allergens in the working environment and supplied ingredients

Will I be able to purchase fresh truffle and/or truffle products?

Absolutely! We will have fresh truffle and products available for you to purchase after your hunt.
