As we await the release of the guidelines for the General Practice in Aged Care Incentive (due for release in July by the Department of Health and Aged Care) we have planned this webinar to provide general practices with an overview of the guidelines in preparation for the incentive becoming effective on 1 August 2024.
As part of the GPACI program, PHNs are required to develop a process to connect aged care residents with a practice and a GP in MyMedicare where this is required. This webinar will provide an opportunity for practices to input into the development of a system to enable this connection.
