Gnocchi Workshop

If you’ve ever wondered how chefs get their gnocchi so light and fluffy, this is the class for you. And after they’ve shown you how to make it, they’ll cook you a delicious dinner. All washed down with paired local wines and craft beers.

This is a hands-on cooking class, but also a social event. It is interactive, so you’ll have a chance to ask as many questions as you like and engage with other participants. All equipment will be provided – you just need to bring your fancy pants and your enthusiasm.
