Is the Venue Handicap accessible?

The Royal International Convention Centre is wheelchair accessible on both levels and designated car parking spaces are located on ground level. Wheelchairs are also available from the Customer Relations team.

Will there be children’s ministry during the conference, if so what age group?

No children’s ministry will be provided

City Botanic Gardens, Brisbane Story Bridge Climb, Southbank. Gallery of Modern Art, just under an hour to Gold Coast is the theme park options of Movie World, Dream World, and Outback Spectacular.

Will there be public transport information?

Black and White Cabs-133222, Bowen Hills and Fortitude Valley train stations are less than a 10 min walk from RICC. Visit translink or phone 13 12 30. Buses access the streets surrounding RICC regularly. The main bust stops are located on Bowen Bridge. Visit translink website or phone 13 12 30

Is there Car Parking Nearby?

The Pavilion Car Park Accessible via Gate 5 off O’Connell Terrace, payment of EFTPOS and Paywave only RICC Car Park- 140 car parks and 2 disability bays, Eftpos, payWave and paystation located at the end of the ramp King Street Parking-credit or debit card for payment upon exit.

Do I need a passport and a travel visa?

If attending from another country other than Australia and New Zealand, a passport and travel visa will be required. Refer to https://www.homeaffairs.gov.au/ for more specific information. Should a Conference Attendance verification letter be required, please email the request to info@cdmap.org.au
