Funding of up to $400,000 will be available to support Chinese community groups to undertake upgrades or build community facilities.
The Chinese Community Infrastructure Fund Program will provide grants for multicultural community infrastructure projects that will:
• support Chinese communities to celebrate and share their history and traditions
• build community connections and networks to participate in society
• assist Chinese communities to have access to opportunities and deliver social outcomes
To support organisations with the Chinese Communities Infrastructure Fund( CCIF) Program application process, the Multicultural Communities Infrastructure team is delivering an information session in October 2024.
This information session will cover the following topics :
• Program overview (including key dates, program objectives, funding priorities, funded activities and supported costs)
• Application process (including organisation eligibility, eligibility criteria and application tips)
• Assessment process and successful recipient requirements
• Question and answer session
Applications for the Chinese Community Infrastructure Fund Program are currently open, and will close at 3 pm, Monday 2 December 2024.
