Greater Adelaide Regional Plan -Online Briefing Session (Housing diversity)

The Greater Adelaide Regional Plan (the Plan) is now open for consultation, and we invite you to join our online information session.

This is your chance to hear directly from our Regional Planning team as they walk you through the Plan’s vision for the future, including information on addressing housing diversity. They will also guide you on how to effectively provide your feedback.

About the Greater Adelaide Regional Plan

The Plan has been developed by the State Planning Commission using feedback from the three-month public consultation on the Greater Adelaide Regional Plan Discussion Paper.

Key focuses of the Plan include preserving green spaces and tree canopies, modernising essential services and infrastructure, safeguarding neighbourhood character and prioritising environmental sustainability.

The framework also details where people will live and work, how they will move around and where they will access services. It provides data and recommendations for managing growth and adapting to changes in our community and urban environment.
