We’ve recently had technical issues with our billing system that have caused delays and challenges for some of our customers.

We're here to help and make things right. This is your chance to speak with us in person, ask questions and get the support you need.

Our team is ready to:

  • help you understand your bill
  • discuss payment support options that work for you
  • answer questions about your online account.

Each session will be 20 minutes. If we can’t solve your query in that time, we’ll make sure you know the next steps.
Please bring your bill, your ID and account details with you to discuss with our consultants.

If I can’t book online or all the sessions are sold out, can I still attend?

You’re welcome to attend if you can’t book an appointment. We’ll have a small number of consultants available to help customers who haven’t registered, but we can’t guarantee we’ll have time to meet with you. If we don’t, we can take your details and organise a call at a time that suits you.

I can’t make this event, will you be hosting more?

Yes, visit gww.com.au/customer-care for other session and location times. We have multiple times and days of the week across our service region. If the event in your local area has is booked out, please email events@gww.com.au to register your interest for future dates.

How many tickets can I book?

Please only register for one session to allow others to participate. If you’d like to bring a family member or friend with you, you’re welcome to.

Can I attend on behalf of someone else?

You can attend and ask general questions, but we can only discuss specific account details with the account holder. For privacy and security, you can’t access the details of other customers' accounts on their behalf.
