Do I need prior experience to join a Pilates class?

No prior experience is necessary! Our classes are designed to accommodate all levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners. We’ll guide you through each movement and provide modifications to suit your fitness level and experience.

What should I bring to a Pilates class?

Just bring yourself, water, grip socks and a positive attitude! We provide mats and small props, but you’re welcome to bring your own mat/towel if you prefer. Wearing comfortable, form-fitting clothing will help your instructor monitor your movements and offer feedback.

How often should I do Pilates to see results?

For best results, we recommend practicing Pilates at least 2x times per week. Consistency is key to improving strength, flexibility, and overall body awareness.
