Habits That Stick: Building habits that become second nature
This conversation is for individual contributors
Individual contributors are people not yet in traditional leadership positions who make a direct and immediate difference to the agency. The work is largely operational, often at the frontline and in a defined area of responsibility with personal accountability for delivering excellence.
Habits That Stick: Building habits that become second nature
Have you identified the leadership habits you want to build in 2025 and are ready to get started? Or perhaps there are a few from 2024 that you’d like to improve? Let’s make 2025 the year of positive change and set you up for success ahead.
This conversation explores the latest research and science of habit formation. You will learn effective and practical strategies to build habits that last and become second nature. By understanding how we form habits and implementing proven techniques, you will be equipped with the knowledge and tools to create positive changes in your life and work, to step up your leadership.
Facilitator Bethan Winn will take you through a practical, hands-on session to share the art and science of habits, alongside her own tried and tested techniques to put routines and rituals into action.
In this interactive virtual webinar, you’ll:
- move beyond "should” and identify the key habits that will help you shape the leadership future you envisage
- learn the importance of building sustained habits that support long-term success
- discover the deeper purpose behind your habit changes to stay motivated and focused
- confidently take action to create momentum during the session and immediately after.
