-Child Seat needs to be bought Separately, It will be parent’s responsibility of looking after their Child
-Tickets are non-refundable – Once confirmed, ticket sales are final. Refunds, exchanges or cancellations and seat swapping not available.
-If an event is cancelled/postponed, we will refund only the face value of the ticket and NOT the booking fee.
-Event Producers & the Venue staff reserve the right to ask any guest to leave or remove them from the venue for any reason we see as inappropriate and for a successful running of our event.
-In an event of misconduct by patron’s, Event Producers reserves the right to eviction.
-We recommend that you arrive at-least 30 minutes prior at the venue for a seamless entry.
