Let your creativity shine in this delightful Christmas Card and Gift Wrap Making Class!

Joiin us for a fun-filled class where you will enjoy mixing and layering stamps and inks to to craft original designs for your cards, wrapping paper, and swing tags.

Learn the techniques of paper aging, stamping, and wax sealing to add a touch of enchantment and uniqueness to your holiday gifts.

This class is perfect for those who enjoy giving personalised presents, providing an opportunity to craft unique stationery with a dash of vintage charm.

LIn this hands-on workshop we will:

  • Learn the art of aging paper, adding depth and character to your stationery
  • Discover the magic of stamping and wax sealing
  • Create unique antique-style Christmas cards, gift tags and gift wrap
  • Make a Wax Seal
  • Learn more about what Christmas was like in this era

You will take home a set of Vintage styled greeting cards and gift wrap, enjoy listening to Christmas music from the era as you craft. Drift away back in time for the afternoon in lovely Docklands.

What time should I arrive?

Please arrive 15 minutes earlier than class start time.

What should I bring?

All classes provide you with all the materials needed so there are no ‘extra costs’. Dress with closed shoes and be mindful that some classes could be messy (so dress accordingly).

What can I expect?

You can expect to have a great time, you will take home a finished product, you will meet other creative people and you will feel welcomed. You will be guided through the whole process by your facilitator Cherie. We also always play an uplifting playlist.

Pixie Paper is located in: The Cauldron - Shop 11 in the Docklands District Shopping Centre / Aisle "Wharf St". 440 Docklands Drive Vic 3008 . We are in between Paint n Sip and Magnet Galleries.

Refunds, Credit Notes, Transfers

We don’t offer refunds, however we know things happen, so if we are informed of your intended cancellation, we may be able to supply you with a credit note of the same value to use for a future class. Alternatively, you can transfer your ticket to someone else.

Welcome friends to Pixie Paper Company! A place where you can explore your creativity and meet many like-minded friends. Pixie Paper Company is about helping people connect with their creativity in a warm, inviting space, where we can leave behind our computers, housework, stressful jobs and connect with ourselves and each other by absorbing ourselves in that magical zone that making art takes us to.

Pixie Paper Company is dedicated to the paper arts – papermaking, journal making, vintage collage, giftwrap, cards and stationery as well as providing classes that promote self - exploration and goal setting as found in our journal writing and vision board classes.

It is my dearest wish that we be those wonderful people who send handmade cards and letters and who write in our handcrafted journals, who make our own giftwrap and presents and inject our personality and love into all that we create! We offer an array of classes scheduled throughout the year on all of the above crafts.

Inspiring music and all supplies are always provided.

You will be taught by Cherie Ward (me), an extremely experienced paper crafter who has studied book restoration and paper making and has been practicing these crafts for 20 years. I am also a university qualified Trainer, Counsellor and Coach and I can't wait to share my passion for paper and all things stationery with YOU!
