Kate Purcell is a fierce survivor and lived experience expert, with 13 years in mental health recovery. She is an author and public speaker and has worked in the mental health field for over 10 years. Kate lives in Perth, WA with her partner and her cat.

Kate invites you to challenge your existing beliefs around what you can overcome, and shares insights on how she turned darkness into light. With the right treatment, tools and support, absolutely anything is possible.
