HART 4000, the Homelessness Assessment and Referral Team with Communify Qld frequently receives inquiries about their effective methods for housing people. To address this, HART 4000 is hosting a "Housing 101" training session for the SHS sector and related organisations. Following the success of last year's training on "Supporting People with No Income Experiencing Homelessness," this session aims to share HART 4000’s comprehensive knowledge, tips, and proven strategies in housing.

Presented by some of the team at HART4000, we will deep dive for a full hour into supporting singles and couples needing immediate responses and longer term housing, then spend the second hour providing intel on securing housing for families. Some of the team presenting include the manager of HART4000, the Centre Based Team Leader, two Senior Homelessness Intervention Workers, the Outreach Team Leader, the Families Team leader, some of the families team and the ASRA Housing Coordinator.
