Want to learn how differences can actually build teamwork and collaboration?
Keen to bridge the generation “gaps” amongst your team?
In our teams there are so many ways that we can be different – age, gender, and culture are just a few. This can in turn lead to a wide variety of perspectives, communication styles, expectations, and work styles. These differences can be the cause of tension and frustration BUT they can also spark new ways of thinking and working!
Get ready to take your team's work to the next level!
Our Guest Speakers will share their insights into why we are sometimes challenged by differences and how to crack the generation gap. Our Panel of local business people will share their first-hand experience supporting their team's growth through embracing differences.
Together we'll explore:
- Why we can find differences challenging
- The generation gap – what it is and how it can impact our teams and business
- First hand examples of how to support team members navigate differences
- Ways to harness the power of differences in your team
