AI is increasingly a part of our lives, for better or worse. This event intends to create open discussion about the realities of AI in the workplace and how to be proactive instead of reactive to it's existence.
Block out your calendar and join us for an evening of valuable insights, thought-provoking conversation, and a chance to expand your professional network - whilst enjoying a wine in the beautiful Besk cellar.
This session will be a live conversation with Emily Cossgrove from Hamilton Locke. We will be discussing the impacts of Artificial Intelligence on HR and IR, specifically how it's reshaping recruitment, employee engagement, and employment practices.
Emily will share with us her insights on navigating the world of AI from a IR perspective, and share tips on utilising it in your business.
As a professional, ensuring that you are aware of where and how AI is being used in relation to your business is essential to making sure that its impact is going to set you up for success.
This is an evening for anyone in a human resources role and people who are responsible for HR within a business - this includes business owners, employment lawyers, operations managers and the like.
