Hyrox Race Format -
You will run 1KM between each station
1) 1000mtr Ski Erg
2) 50mtr Sled Push
3) 50mtr Sled Pull
4)80mtr Burpee Broad Jumps
5) 1000mtr Row
6) 200mtr Farmer Carries
7) 100mtr Walking Lunges
8) Wall Balls (100/75)
