    During the session we'll discuss all the discounts, benefits and incentives available and how employers can access them. In the process we will ‘bust a few myths’ that apply to NSW small businesses and Workers Compensation and explain how your premium is calculated.


    During this interactive session you will hear about;

    • Premium discounts and savings, and how to access them
    • Safety incentives & where to find them
    • Understanding claims impacts and excesses
    • Return to work incentives to support your injured workers
    • Resources that are available to support small business
    • Provide access to the dedicated Small Business Hub


    You will be provided with take away tips, tools & useful links specific for small businesses. We’ll also share some small business incentive information and give access to icare representatives to answer any specific questions or queries.


    Target Audience: Basic - Intermediate Workers Compensation knowledge

    Adam has over 30 years experience in the workers compensation industry. He has worked as a case manager and held senior management roles at large insurance companies and rehabilitation providers.

    Adam is passionate about supporting businesses to promote safe and healthy workplaces, including harnessing the health benefits of good work for their employees returning from injury.

    Adam joined icare in 2018 as a Regional Relationship Manager. Working across Sydney and the south of NSW, Adam connects businesses with the information they need, and delivers education on topics our customers have identified for their regions.
