Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds. However, if you are ill or unable to attend, you may be eligible for a one-time, six-month extension of your ticket.

To request an extension, please email our box office at ricky@illusionshow.com.auwith sufficient notice prior to your scheduled show. Extensions are subject to availability and discretion.

Parking: Paid parking is typically available onsite at Secure Parking, 6 Orchid Avenue, just a short walk from the venue (take elevator to lev 1). Alternatively, we’re right at the Cavill Avenue Tram Stop for easy public transport access.

• Tickets are subject to availability.

• The venue is wheelchair accessible. Please advise at the time of booking if wheelchair assistance is required and arrive approx 40 mins before showtime.

• Late arrivals may not be admitted due to the precision timing of the magic and effects performed once the show begins.

• The minimum recommended age is 3, and children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

• All bookings are final and non-refundable.
