About this event

  • Event lasts 1 hour 30 minutes

𝗜𝗺𝗽𝗿𝗼𝘃𝗲 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗠𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘀: 𝙢𝙚𝙚𝙩𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙮𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙣𝙚𝙚𝙙𝙨 𝙩𝙝𝙧𝙤𝙪𝙜𝙝 𝙘𝙤𝙢𝙢𝙪𝙣𝙞𝙘𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙗𝙤𝙪𝙣𝙙𝙖𝙧𝙞𝙚𝙨

• Are you a people pleaser? Do people take you for granted?

• Are you feeling burnt out and like you never have time for yourself?

• Do you feel resentment, frustration or contempt in your relationships at work, home or with friends?

If any of these resonate, come and join like-minded people for a transformative, three-part online series designed to help you show up as the best version of yourself.

In this series you’ll cover how to:

• 𝘐𝘥𝘦𝘯𝘵𝘪𝘧𝘺 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘶𝘯𝘥𝘦𝘳𝘴𝘵𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘺𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘯𝘦𝘦𝘥𝘴: your real, underlying needs in any situation. We’ll dig beneath surface-level reactions to understand what drives your behaviour, especially in challenging or triggering moments. Like fight or flight urges and how to navigate these.

• 𝘊𝘰𝘮𝘮𝘶𝘯𝘪𝘤𝘢𝘵𝘦 𝘸𝘪𝘵𝘩 𝘌𝘮𝘱𝘢𝘵𝘩𝘺: connect to others with communication – use it to identify your and other’s real needs and clearly communicate these needs so you are listened, heard, and understood.

• 𝘚𝘦𝘵 𝘏𝘦𝘢𝘭𝘵𝘩𝘺 𝘉𝘰𝘶𝘯𝘥𝘢𝘳𝘪𝘦𝘴: be confident and authentic and you’ll have the best chance at meeting your needs by focussing on what’s within your control.

Previous series have given overwhelming positive feedback, like: “𝘉𝘰𝘵𝘩 𝘮𝘺 𝘸𝘪𝘧𝘦 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘐 𝘩𝘢𝘷𝘦 𝘨𝘢𝘪𝘯𝘦𝘥 𝘢 𝘭𝘰𝘵 𝘧𝘳𝘰𝘮 𝘪𝘵 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘸𝘪𝘭𝘭 𝘤𝘰𝘯𝘵𝘪𝘯𝘶𝘦 𝘵𝘰 𝘥𝘰 𝘴𝘰. Each event will start at 7:30pm AESDT (Sydney Time) and run until 9pm

Dates: 28-Jan, 4-Feb, 11-Feb

The Zoom link will be emailed to participants along with a calendar invite.

Note: I've tried to make the timing suitable for most people though its not possible to have the perfect time! For people with children or caring responsiblities, feel free to join on your mobile if you're doing the bed routine or out and about walking!

Look forward to seeing you there!
