Join us for an in conversation with Melbourne psychologist Ahona Guha during Social Inclusion Week. Ahona is a clinical and forensic psychologist, author, media consultant and speaker. She works with victims of abuse and trauma, and clients with a range of other difficulties, as well as perpetrators of harmful behaviours.

Her first book, Reclaim: understanding complex trauma and those who abuse, was published in 2023, and her second book, Life skills for a broken world was released in 2024. Ahona also writes widely on matters related to mental health, health, social justice and equity. Her work has appeared in The Age, The Guardian, The Saturday Paper, Breathe Magazine, SBS, and ABC.
