Inception is a safe and sacred gathering, held to honour the divine essence that is held within us all. In a world where separation is often felt, this event is dedicated to bridging that divide.

Who Are We?
Rickie and Ciara Russell are a married couple who are committed to the path of sacred union.
Rickie is a certified Breathwork Practitioner and Men's Work Facilitator; who has been walking the path of the Sacred Warrior for many years. Commited to being a student of life, with a deep passion in the health and wellness space, assisting men and women to connect with their emotions and confidence through embodiment.
Ciara is a certified Womb Awakening Practitioner, Womb Hara Massage Therapist, Yoga & Meditation Practitioner, Reiki Teacher and Women's Circle Facilitator. She loves to help women deepen their connection to their wombs, feminine essence and innate inner knowing.
Together, they are honoured to invite you to Inception, a new co-ed circle designed to support the collective healing of masculine and feminine energies.

Each gathering will include collaborative activities, thought-provoking discussions, meditative practices and space for personal and collective growth that support balanced and harmonious energy.
