What's all this fuss around breathwork about?! Breathwork is trending and for good reason.

Our breath offers us a bridge between our conscious and subconscious worlds.

Between our mind and our nervous system.

And between our head and our heart.

It is through the breath we are able to access and unlock our deepest potential, whether that be working with your physical, emotional or spiritual wellness.

Our Rhythm of Breath practice is a holistic approach to breathwork, supporting health, wellness and also personal evoution. We also specialise in Transformational Breathwork, giving you a chance to release old blockages, energy, trauma and in this process have the opportunity to ignite more of our powerful natural energies, such as inspiration, heart energy, clarity and so much more.

Our participants describe it as "coming home" to ourself, often using words like a profound experience of feeling "lighter" and "freer".

The deepest experience of reconnection we can wish for so we can thrive through life as a whole being, living as optimally and as authentically as we can.

Lynsey Chan is a Breathwork Facilitator & Somatic Therapist focused on supporting others to safely release trauma and meet their potential through life. Lynsey is the organiser of this event for her Rhythm of Breath community and broader and is passionate about creating these spaces for you to journey, heal and transform.

Prepare a matt or place to lie down (preferably not your bed so you dont fall asleep!)

Full internet, privacy, we recommend you have a space to relax and integrate afterward our sessions (no busy plans)

Water, warm clothing or blanket

We recommend headphones if possible as will be sharing some sound to support your experience.
