Jacinta Hoogenboom is a trauma-informed breathwork facilitator and holistic health practitioner with over twelve years of experience. Skilled in massage therapy, yoga, Journey Therapy, Holographic Kinetics and meditation, she integrates elements of these modalities to support healing on all levels. Through breathwork and compassionate guidance, she helps clients release emotional blockages and reduce stress, assisting them to live more balanced and vibrant lives.
