As a residential college at UQ St Lucia, International House is home to 238 students from 35 countries.
Our annual 'Soirée' is a traditional celebration that began in 1968.
Designed and run by our incredible student community, we welcome IH alumni, friends, community partners, and our wider local community to visit our College and ‘Celebrate Cultures’ with us.
Since 1965, IH has provided students of diverse backgrounds with opportunities to live and learn together with respect, empathy and international friendship.
This year, Soirée has FREE food and entertainment!!
We open with a didgeridoo performance from Turrbal Dippil at 1pm, have 18 performances and close with a College Pageant to finish at 7pm.
