About this event

As a cuddle professional Tash would love you to join her in celebration of INTERNATIONAL HUG DAY! In the words of Poppy from the movie Trolls, "It's Hug Time."

This gathering is a relaxed affair where the space will be open between 2.30pm-5pm in which people can come and go as they please. It's a chance to connect to community with cups of tea, chats and hugs. There will be opportunities to give and receive nourishing hugs and hand massages. Tash, your cuddle coach, will introduce the 'ask and wait' method of requesting and receiving hugs. As with all cuddle events, touch is not a requirement to participate.

It's a chance to relax, to connect, have some hugs, and find out more about cuddle events if you're curious.

Tea, bikkies and fruit will be provided.

Registration is required to help me know numbers, with a small non-refundable fee to cover costs. If you are no longer able to attend please cancel your ticket to make space for others. Thank you.

What are Cuddle Events?

Cuddle events are guided social experiences that includes a welcome circle, easy relaxation activities, communication exercises and a description of cuddle etiquette. The event culminates in a "cuddle laboratory." Touch is non-sexual, always consensual and never a requirement to participate.

Gift yourself time and space to relax and feel nurtured in a welcoming environment with a sweet group of people. All genders and orientations - individuals, groups and couples - are all welcome.

At Cuddle Gatherings you may experience an increased sense of well-being and belonging, a boost in compassion and playfulness, a decrease in blood pressure and a better night's sleep.

Cuddle Gatherings provide opportunities to meet new friends, connect with partners and pals in a soulful new way and be part of a warm, safe and huggable tribe.
