There is no dress code for this event. Though like any venue, please ensure you are wearing closed shoes. Open toed heels for girls is fine to wear.
You can purchase tickets at the door [Both with cash or card], so long as the event is not sold out.
Our refund policy is written in our terms and conditions, please ensure you read this upon purchasing your ticket. We do not offer refunds for our events, though we can assess reasonings on a case by case basis. If you would like to discuss a refund please email bookings@yeahbuoy.com.au
Unfortunately, due to the nature of our vessel, we do not cater for those who require wheelchair access.
There is no Wifi available onboard the vessel. However 3G or 4G will work just fine despite being out on the Harbour.
Yes. We have a pizzeria eating area on Level 1 of our vessel where you can order a selection of Pizza's.
Yes. You may bring your own food onboard the vessel. If you are catering for a VIP group, we can happily place large items such as cakes or platters in our kitchen to keep this cool until you require it.
In general, our terms and conditions state that we do not provide refunds for any given circumstance. Nevertheless, with our refundable ticket add on option, you will be guaranteed a refund for your ticket for any reason. For example, change of mind, weather, illness etc.
