A choreography class inspired by a unique blend of Hip Hop and Grooves, GROOV3 combines the coolest moves with the latest jams, creating the ultimate dance party vibe! The music plays the entire time, there is no talking and its pure joy.. Its pure joy. For anyone who wants to feel good where you can DANCE, SWEAT and LIVE your best life.
