Unleash your creativity in this Introduction to Watercolour Course. Designed for beginners, Jennie will guide you through essential drawing techniques and teach you how to use, mix, and control watercolour paints. You will have the opportunity to focus on your favourite subjects, whether it's landscapes, still life, portraits, or pets. You will be painting what you enjoy. Jennie will inspire you to cultivate your own unique style while sharing her 30 years of experience, along with valuable tips and tricks. Each session is structured to build your confidence and enhance your skills, on conclusion you will have a collection of beautiful pieces to cherish and the foundation to continue your artistic journey.

What you will learn:

About your tutor:
Jennie Deane is a Blue Mountains based artist. Inspired by her beautiful surroundings, Jennie's most recent body of work is exploring lookouts and landscapes. In her latest book 'LOOKOUT' Jennie works with pen and watercolour as well as experimenting with a broad range of mediums. As well as creating herself, Jennie also teaches classes and workshops to encourage others to start their own artistic adventure.

Extra info:
This course is designed for adults of all levels and painters that would like to learn new skills and tips, no previous experience necessary.

Bring with you:
⦁ A pad of A4 watercolour paper.
⦁ A few pictures of what you'd like to paint. There will also be a selection of subject material.
⦁ If you have any watercolour supplies then please bring them along - Jennie will discuss with you how best to use them.
