Register via email instead of online and save the online booking fee
If you prefer to register via email instead of registering using the online portal, please email the name/s of attendees, plus their email addresses to stacey.holt@realestateexcellence.com.au. We shall register the attendees for you. The booking fee charged by the online portal will not be charged.
What happens after you register?
When registration is made online and not paid for via PayPal which you do not have to use (click other payment when registering online), the registration ticket and invoice is sent to the email address provided upon registration. A duplicate invoice from the Real Estate Excellence accounting program is emailed to the email address within 48 business hours of registration, if the payment method chosen is cheque, credit card (not using paypal) or direct deposit. If payment is made by PayPal, an Eventbrite invoice is provided as a tax invoice.
Payment methods for training events
Payment methods are direct deposit, cheque or credit card using PayPal online or pay by credit card online via invoice provided by Real Estate Excellence. Real Estate Excellence provide a secure link with the invoice to pay via credit card without the need to use PayPal.
You do not have to use PayPal. Please read below.
If you wish to pay for the service via credit card, PayPal can be used or you can request an online payment via invoice. If you prefer to pay by credit card (not using paypal), direct deposit or cheque, simply click on other payment options when completing the online registration the number of tickets under the correct member or non-member ticket type; complete the fields as requested and when complete click on other payment options and proceed from there. If you wish to pay by credit card (not using PayPal), a link to pay securely online via credit card will be provided on the invoice given by Real Estate Excellence.
An invoice from our accounting program is issued to you within 48 business hours after registration allowing for any of the three payment methods listed above. Cheques to be posted please to PO Box 154 Alderley QLD 4051. Payee Real Estate Excellence. Thank you.
Covid 19 requirements
All attendees will be required to adhere to any requirements set by the venue where the training is being held.
Real Estate Excellence has no bearing or impact on the rules and regulations set by the venue and the ticket purchaser should contact the venue directly if they have any specific questions.
Workbooks - study guides
Workbooks are emailed to the email address of the attendee as provided to Real Estate Excellence upon registration prior to the event. An electronic link is provided to download the information and bring to the event either on your smart device and or print and bring to the event. Three emails are sent prior to the event with the workbook link to download for the event and any attachments.
Certificate of attendance available upon request
Certificates of attendance are available upon email request after the event and confirmation of attendance. Certificates of attendance are emailed to the attendee in PDF format upon request.
Dietary requests
If you have any dietary requirements, please email Stacey Holt at least five days prior to the event you are attending to advise of requests. This is a requirement of venues.
Cancellation policy
A full refund or credit voucher for future training is available if written notice of cancellation is received by the event organiser Real Estate Excellence no later than 7 days prior to the event.
If the attendee/client cancels a ticket registration 7 clear days or less prior to a training event, 100% of the ticket price will be forfeited as a cancellation fee and a refund will not be provided. The ticket holders name is transferrable to another party within the same organisation up to and including the day prior to the event with written email notice from the ticket purchaser.

Important general information about training events
Training events are subject to change of content and or cancellation by Real Estate Excellence and registered attendees are notified prior via email to the registered email address provided to the event if this occurs.
Training registration is not available for other training organisations, commercial companies who provide services for the industry, and or affiliated organisations. Training is for active licensees, real estate agents, property managers and staff in the industry, or individuals who wish to join the industry.
Any attendee/s registration made by above may be cancelled at the discretion of Real Estate Excellence. Please contact Stacey Holt for more information in this regard if required.
