Welcome to January Men's Morning!

Join us for a fun-filled morning at Mornington Pavilion Hall. This event is all about connecting with other guys, enjoying some good conversation, and maybe even a bit of friendly competition. Whether you're a regular attendee or thinking about coming for the first time, we'd love to have you join us. Don't miss out on a great opportunity to kick off the new year with some good company and good vibes.

You will be challenged:

First up we will gather in Circle and share our intentions for the day and what we hope to achieve by being there.

The first test will be an Ice Bath. The purpose for this will be many fold but mainly to teach you resilience and the ability to manage stress via mindset and breath.

Then we will warm up with a Workout. This will be challenging but doable for ALL levels of fitness. Do not let this put you off, you will complete this challenge. Seems crazy straight after an ice bath but you will be pumped for it and your body will respond beautifully.

From there we will head inside again for a heart warming and opening cup of Cacao whilst the Breathwork is being explained. We will then dive deep into a Breakthrough Breathwork session designed to let you open up, release stored trauma, stress and energy, relax, alleviate anxiety, gain clarity, peace, self love and so much more.

To finish we will have another moment to share our thoughts from the mornings work and how we feel in order to integrate and gain a clearer understanding of what we have been through.

This event is open to Men for the age of 14+ and any fitness level. Please contact Barney prior to booking if you have any questions at all or any medical conditions that might need discussing.
