Come join us at Malmsbury Town Hall for a hands-on workshop on how to make traditional Japanese condiments using fresh vegetables and dry ingredients, and fermenting seasonings - umami rich koji seasoning! In this class, we will make : condiments such as Furikake (we make several), Kombu/Shiitake Tsukudani, Sanshozuke, and Koji seasoning such as Shio Koji and Shoyu koji, and more for you to enjoy in your cooking. Yoko - the founder of Cooking with Koji will guide you through the process step by step, so you can take home your own homemade condiments to impress your friends and family.
