Wagashi are traditional Japanese sweet delicacies commonly enjoyed with green tea. Nerikiri, a form of Wagashi, is one of the famous traditional Japanese treats. It is an artistic Japanese confectionery which is moulded into various natural shapes according to the season.

3 types of Nerikiri are taught in this workshop by Minako from Budokan Tasmania Sakura Dojo. Matcha green tea will be offered after each lesson to enjoy with the Nerikiri.

All Nerikiri are gluten-free and vegan friendly.

Ingredients: Adzuki beans, white beans, sugar and glutinous rice flour(it's gluten-free, despite its name), Agar
