Japanese Home-style Cooking workshop

This workshop menu will change by season as fresh seasonal produce in a key element of Japanese cooking. Participants will learn to prepare 5-6 dishes using Japanese fermented seasoning to flavour during this workshop. You might see interesting Japanese cooking tools you have never seen! Not only will you learn to cook these dishes, but you will also learn Japanese table ettiqette and table setting, and how to serve in the uniquely Japanese way. After cooking, we all sit & eat together so that you taste all dishes you cook and have plenty of time to speak to Yoko.
