Pack your gis, pack your belts, and invite your friends! We are pleased to be having a second Jitsy Chicks event this year at the one and only Green Dojo in North Battleford on Saturday, October 19, 2024.
The event will include a 2 hour seminar taught by Vanessa Cowan and Jane Bryson, local Saskatchewan jiu jitsu athletes. Since the inception of Jitsy Chicks, our goal was to grow the community of women who train jiu jitsu in the province of Sasktchewan; as such, we are encouraging all ladies who train, regardless of belt level or affiliation to attend!
All procedes from the event will go to BTEC. BTEC is a registered non-profit corporation providing day program services to individuals experiencing disabilities, and assisting them in their pursuit of independence and quality of life.
