What should I bring to the workshop?

Please bring a yoga mat, a bottle of water, comfortable clothing you can move freely in and a notepad and pen. A positive attitude and open mind are also recommended!

Yes! We will focus on building strength and technique step-by-step, making it accessible to all fitness levels, whether you're just starting out or refining your skills

What if I’m afraid of going upside down?

That’s completely normal! We will work on overcoming fear with safe progressions and confidence-building techniques to help you feel more comfortable.

Will there be follow-up materials to continue practicing at home?

Yes! Make sure you bring a notepad and pen to keep track of the drills that work for you. Together we will create personalised drills and exercises that you can practice at home to continue improving your handstand journey.
