Junior Makers at The Maker Space: 10.30 - 2.30 session

Does your child love to create but you hate the mess? Tired of endless cleanups and running out of art supplies? Junior Makers is the perfect solution! We have partnered with Floreat Forum Shopping Centre to create the Maker Space so you can tick off a number of to do’s in the Centre while you are here: get your shopping done, have a coffee, get your brows done, go to the physio/doctor/chiropractor.

Our art buffet and variety of stations include painting, crafting, messy play, printing, and construction. There is something to spark every creativity. Offering endless possibilities for exploration: from warm up activities, project cards for inspiration, mini projects to open-ended creativity. Simply buy a ticket for an hour and your child will have free reign to explore our messy play to intricate creations. There is something for every little artist. And the best part? Perfect for kids aged 4-12, Junior Makers is the ultimate art adventure. Book your spot now and give your child the gift of endless possibilities. Over 12’s are welcome, we will have a space away from the little ones for them to create if they prefer.

Note: Children under 5 must be accompanied by an adult. Older children can attend unaccompanied. Please bring a water bottle and dress for mess.

Event Details:

• Location: The Maker Space Powered by Strength Heroes at Floreat Forum Shopping Centre: Corner of Howtree Place and The Boulevard Floreat.
• Date: 14, 21, 28 September, 12, 19, 26 October 2,9,23,30 November
• Time: 1.0 to1.5 hour sessions anytime between 10.30 -2.30.
• Ticket Price: $22 for one child, $20 per child for multiple children for up to 1 hour. If your child wants half an hour more, just pay $8 per child extra at the venue when you arrive.
• Age Range: 4 -12 (children under 5 must be accompanied by an adult. No charge for adult)
• Over 12’s welcome. We will have a separate table so they can work on if they prefer.
• Note we also welcome toddlers (under 4 accompanied by an adult) for 1/2 hour at $15 pay at the venue

Please note, The Maker Space is a secure tenancy in Floreat Forum. Doors will be secured and children will be supervised at all times. Children will be escorted to a toilet by our staff with access to an ambulant toilet (one person access at a time) which our staff will wait on the outside of the door.
