If you've ever ever lost your temper at home, then said regrettable things to the people you love, then this free community seminar is just for you.

Seminar presenter Matt Boulton is the author of Changing Tools, and the Circuit Breaker program, and a former relationship and anger-management counsellor. Matt understands the pain and embarrassment a bad temper can cause; having endured his own painful marital separation 31 years ago.

In this seminar, Matt will share the practical tools and strategies he's been using for over 24 years to help people control their temper, resolve conflict and find new levels of peace, trust and intimacy in their relationships.

What's the catch? Why is this event free?

You're right. This event isn't free, but all expenses have been paid for you by our generous hosts and donors. Citywide Hobart is hosting this event for you because they know it will add value to people, families and communities in the greater Hobart region.

Is this a religious event?

No. Although this event is hosted in a church building, Keeping Your Cool is not a religious event, and all are welcome to attend.

Will I be pressured into something I wasn't signing up for?

No. This is a stand-alone event to give you tools and strategies you can begin to use straight away to start getting on top of your temper. If you feel like you are wanting more resources or opportunities to do further work, we will simply be letting you know about other courses coming up soon.

Can I invite a friend or partner?

Absolutely! But to help us with food and beverage catering, it would be a great help if each person could please register to attend.
