Join us for a transformative session designed to nurture calm, connection, and self-awareness in children through fun and mindful yoga practices. Our sessions blend the magic of movement, creativity, and relaxation, offering children a space to express themselves, cultivate inner peace, and develop important life skills.
Through playful games, calming breathing exercises, engaging yoga flows, and soothing sound bowl healing, kids will learn to connect with their bodies, quiet their minds, and tap into their natural sense of calm. The session concludes with a meaningful craft activity, where each child creates their very own breathing bracelet—an empowering tool they can use to support their wellbeing at home.

Frequently asked questions
This session is designed for children aged 4 to 12 years old. It’s a fun, engaging experience tailored to different developmental stages, with activities that are accessible and enjoyable for both younger and older children.
We recommend comfortable, stretchy clothing that allows freedom of movement. Children can participate in the yoga flow, games, and crafts comfortably in activewear or casual clothing. Remember, yoga is best done barefoot, so no shoes are needed!
No prior yoga experience is necessary! This session is designed for all levels, whether your child is a complete beginner or has practiced yoga before. The focus is on fun, mindfulness, and connection, not on perfecting poses.
While we may offer gentle guidance or adjust a child’s posture if needed, all interactions are respectful and based on consent. Our focus is on creating a safe, nurturing environment where children feel comfortable and confident.
Your child doesn’t need to bring anything specific to the session, but they may want to bring a water bottle to stay hydrated. We provide all yoga mats, props, and craft materials for the activity. Although if you would prefer to bring your own mat that is fine too.
We encourage parents to allow their children to fully immerse themselves in the experience, so the session is designed for children to participate independently. However, if your child feels nervous or is new to yoga, you are welcome to stay nearby for the first session to help them feel comfortable
